About Michael in more detail:
At the age of eighteen, an event changed Michael Dayes’s life forever: He endured a high speed, waterski racing fall. One week later, a leading specialist informed Michael that it was likely his right arm would remain paralysed and painful, for the rest of his life.
Three months after this devastating news, Michael commenced his coaching career. Initially Michael was assisting water ski racers and his business grew very rapidly. At this time, he launched into a program of education that would have him receive extensive training in numerous related fields -- and study over one thousand books in the areas of personal, psychological, physiological, spiritual and business development.
Two years after his accident, Michael was employed privately by one third of the Australian representative water ski racing team to assist with their preparations for the 1995 World Championships in Belgium. Each of the skiers Michael worked with won medals within the overall standings, including a gold, silver and bronze in each of the ski racer's respective categories.
After these championships, Michael was offered and accepted an official coaching position on the Australian team initially as the junior Australian team coach. Following the next world championships, two years later, Michael was elected as the Australian team coach for both the senior and junior representatives.
Working with many ski racers became a platform for Michael to begin assisting people in other fields ranging from those wanting to improve performance, through to increasingly, in the last seven or eight years, counselling people who are wanting assistance to change major aspects of their life.
Whilst he has received extensive training in numerous related disciplines, Michael specialises in using systems thinking and his strong intuition to detect the critical points that, when addressed, create maximum positive change within the system. That’s irrespective of whether the system is a performance in a specific area, healing related, an individual's life, or the relationship between two parties.
Michael’s commercial experience has seen him build two highly successful businesses that have both placed at the top of independent industry studies.
