5. Presents you with options, makes recommendations and offers you the choice.
6. Supports you both when you decide to action his recommendation and when you don’t.
7. Treats the relationship between the two of you as a serious priority.
8. Genuinely cares for you.
9. Listens to your feedback and is flexible — knowing he doesn’t have all the answers.
